摘要
目的:调查分析护理学专业学生(以下简称护生)从事“互联网+居家护理”意愿及影响因素,从而为护理专业教育改革以及推动“互联网+居家护理”发展建言献策。方法:采用方便抽样法,于2019年7月1日~8月31日选取1家三甲医院及3所高校以实习护生及在校护生作为调查对象,采用自行设计的护生从事“互联网+居家护理”意愿调查问卷对其进行调查。结果:53.9%的护生愿意提供“互联网+居家护理”服务;在护理服务项目类型上,护生最愿意提供的是教育指导类服务;不同教育程度、了解程度、是否参加过“互联网+居家护理”的相关课程或培训、是否参加过实习对护生从事“互联网+居家护理”服务意愿均有影响(P<0.01)。结论:护生对“互联网+居家护理”从事意愿较强,建议护理院校及教学医院注重对“互联网+居家护理”的宣传推广与相关培训,提高护生的从业意愿及从业能力,为“互联网+居家护理”的发展输送专业护理人才。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the willingness of nursing students to engage in Internet+home care and the influencing factors,in order to make suggestions for the reform of nursing education and the development of Internet+home care.Methods:From July 1,2019 to August 31,2019,a Grade-A Tertiary hospital and three universities were selected as the objects of the survey,and a self-designed questionnaire on nursing students′willingness to engage in Internet+home care was used to investigate.Results:There were 53.9% of nursing students willing to provide Internet+home care services.In terms of the types of nursing service items,nursing students were most willing to provide educational guidance services.Different education level,understanding level,whether to participate in relevant courses or training of Internet+home care and whether to participate in internship had an impact on nursing students′willingness to engage in Internet+home care(P<0.01).Conclusion:Nursing students have a strong willingness to engage in Internet+home care.It is suggested that nursing colleges and teaching hospitals should pay attention to the promotion and related training of Internet+home care,so as to improve nursing students′willingness and ability,and provide professional nursing talents for the development of Internet+home care.
