摘要 燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组冷态启动过程中,汽轮机需要花费大量时间暖机,这导致燃气轮机需长时间低负荷运行等待,从而限制了机组的快速调峰能力。为此,开发了一种联合循环机组预暖系统及方法,首次提出汽轮机倒拖燃气轮机这一暖机方式,通过预暖将冷态启动变为温态启动,可以大幅缩短启动时间。研究成果可为提高联合循环机组灵活性提供参考。 During cold start-up process of gas-steam combined cycle unit,it costs much time to warm up the steam turbine,resulting in limitation of unit fast peak regulation because of low load operation of gas turbine.To solve this problem,a preheating system and a procedure were developed for combined cycle unit,and the preheating mode was firstly proposed in a manner that the gas turbine was dragged by the steam turbine.In this mode,the steam turbine was preheated to change its state from cold start-up to warm start-up,which can shorten start-up time.The research results can provide reference for the improvement of flexibility in combined cycle units.
