摘要 近年来,随着建筑领域内科技的发展和技术的不断创新,上拉式悬挑工字钢外架搭设技术悄然而至。相较于传统悬挑工字钢外架搭设,上拉式悬挑工字钢外架搭设采用在工字钢上加设端板,直接锚固于建筑外墙(剪力墙或边梁)上,有效避免了外墙穿洞、后期补洞造成的渗漏风险,是更加科学合理的安装形式,既节省了工期,又减少了工字钢用量,降低了工程成本。由于大多数工程为前期或首次接触使用,在实施过程中会遇到诸多问题。基于多个工程实践和分析,本文对上拉式悬挑工字钢外架搭设过程中的常见问题进行了阐述,并提出了相应的解决措施。 In recent years, along with the development of science and technology and technology in the field of construction and continuous innovation of the technology, the frame set-up technology of pull-up cantilever beams has developed gradually. Compared with the frame of traditional cantilever beams, the frame of pull-up cantilever beams uses end plate and direct anchoring in the exterior walls(shear wall or beam), which effectively avoids the leakage risks of external wall piercing and later hole filling. It is a more scientific and reasonable installation form that shortens the construction period, greatly reduces the amount of I-steel and reduces the project costs. As most of the projects are in the early stage or use for the first time, there are inevitably a lot of problems during the implementation process. Based on the practice of several projects and their analysis, this paper discusses the common problems existed in the erection of the frame of pull-up cantilever I-beam, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
