摘要
皮带输送机系统为大惯性系统,其在启动过程中产生大的电流及振动将影响着设备的工作性能和使用寿命。首先介绍了目前皮带机输送系统常见驱动与连接方式的优缺点;其次分析了永磁同步耦合器的基本结构和工作原理;最后研究了永磁同步耦合器的安装误差对转矩传递特性和振动特性的影响,进一步验证永磁同步耦合传动在皮带输送机系统中应用的可行性和优越性。
Belt conveyor system is a large inertia system,which will produce large current and vibration in the starting process,affecting the working performance and service life of the equipment.This paperanalyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the common drive and connection mode of belt conveyor system at present,thenanalyzes the basic structure and working principle of permanent magnetic synchronous coupling.Finally the influence of the installation error of permanent magnetic synchronous coupling on torque transmission characteristics and vibration characteristics is studied to further verify the feasibility and superiority of permanent magnetic synchronous coupling drive applied in belt conveyor system.
