摘要
中国作为人口老龄化大国,面临诸多养老问题,在共享经济和“互联网+”的催化下,衍生了一种新型的居家养老模式——“共享养老”。“共享养老”模式在一定程度上对我国养老问题的解决起到了积极的作用,但“共享养老”作为新模式,起步晚、发展不成熟,存在着养老服务产业中不可回避的诸多问题,其发展与人民的需求存在着较大的差距。文章对国内外“共享养老”模式的发展现状进行综述,分析该模式存在的问题并提出优化对策,为我国社区居家养老服务的继续研究提供理论及实践的参考。
As a country with an aging population,China faces many problems of old-age care.Under the catalysis of sharing economy and“Internet+”,a new model of home-based care“shared pension”has been derived.To some extent,the“shared pension”model has played a positive role in solving the problem of pension in China.However,“shared pension”starts relatively late and its development is immature.There are many problems that cannot be avoided in the old-age service industry and there is a big gap between its development and the needs of people.This paper summarizes the development status of“shared pension”model at home and abroad,analyzes the problems existing in this model and proposes the optimized strategies,which will provide theoretical and practical reference for continuous research of community home care services in China.
