摘要
随着应用型本科专业的建设和实践教学比重的提高,旅游管理专业实践教学的研究成果也在增多。为了解国内旅游管理专业实践教学的研究现状,通过科学知识图谱的方法对旅游专业实践教学进行文献计量分析,采用ROST?Content Mining System软件对研究内容进行梳理和可视化呈现,发现"高校旅游管理专业实践教学"研究成果自2006年以后才开始增多,主要集中在实践教学体系构建、实践教学模式总结、实践教学改革探讨、实践教学基地建设等主题。整体来看,目前高校旅游管理专业的实践教学还处于探索和改革阶段,实践教学的研究滞后于社会需求的变化,研究主要是对实践教学经验的总结、实践教学问题的分析以及对策建议,很少采用系统的研究方法进行跟踪研究,研究深度有待提升。
With the construction of applied undergraduate majors and the increase of the proportion of practical teaching, the research results of practical teaching of tourism management majors are also increasing. In order to understand the current situation of practice teaching of tourism major in China, this paper conducts bibliometric analysis on practice teaching of tourism major through the method of scientific knowledge atlas, combs and visualizes the research content by using ROST Content Mining System software,and finds that the research results of practice teaching of tourism major in colleges and universities have increased since 2006, it mainly focuses on the construction of practical teaching system, the summary of practice teaching mode, the exploration of practice teaching reform and the construction of practice teaching base are the themes. On the whole, the practical teaching of tourism major in colleges and universities is still in the stage of exploration and reform. The research of practical teaching lags behind the changes of social needs. The research mainly focuses on the summary of practical teaching experience, the analysis of practical teaching problems and the countermeasures or suggestions. The systematic research methods are seldom used to follow up the research, and the research depth needs to be improved.
