摘要
对保护渣粒度和成分进行了电镜扫描和能谱分析,并且模拟保护渣在浇钢过程中的受热和化学变化的行为。在不同温度条件下测量了液渣伸展长度、伸展速度;在同一保温时间条件下,通过添加不同质量分数的TiO2测量液渣伸展长度和伸展速度,来表征保护渣流动性;并通过铸坯表面质量的验证和对比,为保护渣理化指标优化和调整的方向提供建议和指导。
The particle size and composition of mold flux were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum,at the same time the behavior of heat and chemical changes of mold flux during casting was simulated. The liquid slag stretching length and speed were measured at different temperatures. The liquid slag stretching length and speed were measured before and after adding different proportion of TiO2 under the same holding time to characterize the fluidity of mold slag. Through the verification and comparison of slab surface quality,suggestion and instruction were given to optimize the physical and chemical property of mold flux.
