Design of Cantilever Steel Box Girder of Multi-tower Cable-stayed Bridge Combining Rail and Road in the Same Floor

摘要 珠机城际金海特大桥主桥采用(58.5+116+3×340+116+58.5) m四塔三主跨斜拉桥,为国内首座公铁平层合建的多塔斜拉桥。主梁采用一种新型的大挑臂式钢箱梁结构,由中间主箱加两侧挑臂组成,中间布置荷载较重的双线城际列车,两侧布置荷载较轻的高速公路,桥面宽度达49.6 m。挑臂式钢箱梁结构形式新颖,构造较复杂,杆件和节点多,对其总体设计、构造细节进行详细阐述;为研究其受力性能,建立精细化有限元模型开展局部应力分析。计算结果表明:挑臂式钢箱梁设计合理,各构件受力良好,节点位置未出现较大的应力集中现象,结构安全可靠。挑臂式钢箱梁结构轻盈,具有良好的经济性和美观性。 JinHai grand bridge of the intercity rail line connecting Zhuhai Downtown and Airport becomes the first multi-tower cable-stayed bridge combining rail and road in the same floor in China. Its main bridge is a four-tower cable-stayed bridge with spans of(58.5+116+3×340+116+58.5) m. A new kind of long cantilever steel box girder is adopted for the main girder, which consists of the main box in the middle and cantilevers on both sides. The heavy load double-track intercity trains run in the middle and the light load expressways run on both sides. The width of bridge deck is 49.6 m. The cantilever steel box girder is novel and complicated in structure with many bars and joints. The article elaborates on its structure design in detail. In order to study its mechanical properties, finite element software is employed to analyze local stress of the girder. The calculation results show that the design of cantilever steel box girder is reasonable, and all members are well loaded. There is no obvious stress concentration at the joint, and the structure is safe and reliable. The cantilever steel box girder has light structure with good economy and aesthetics.
