摘要
为了实现粪便污水处理达标排放的目的,提供了一种新型的污水处理工艺,即集水调节池+固液分离+CSTR厌氧发酵罐+溶气气浮1+A/O+BBAF+溶气气浮2+消毒工艺,通过福建省永润农业发展有限公司南平市松溪县郑墩镇双源村规模化养猪场的实践应用,结果表明:该工艺通过技术集成途径,污水处理达到了预设目标,出水水质指标COD 187.4 mg·L^-1、BOD 581.4 mg·L^-1、NH 4+N 71.8 mg·L^-1、TP 7.3 mg·L^-1和SS 84.7 mg·L^-1,均达到《GB18596-2001畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》要求,有效处理了污水中有机污染物,实现猪场粪污治理可持续化发展。
In order to achieve the goal of meeting the discharge standards of fecal sewage treatment,a new sewage treatment process was provided,that is,feedwater regulating reservoir+solid-liquid separation+CSTR anaerobic fermentation tank+dissolved air floatation 1+A/O+BBAF+dissolved air floatation 2+disinfection process.Through the practice application of Fujian Yongrun Agricultural Development Co.,Ltd.in Shuangyuan Village,Zhengdun Town,Songxi County of Nanping City,the results showed that by means of technology integration,the sewage treatment reached the preset target,and the effluent quality indexes of COD 187.4 mg·L^-1,BOD 581.4 mg·L^-1,NH 4+N 71.8 mg·L^-1,TP 7.3 mg·L^-1 and SS 84.7 mg·L^-1 all met the requirements of GB18596-2001 pollutant discharge standards for livestock and poultry industry,which have effectively treated the organic pollutants in sewage and achieved the sustainable development of fecal sewage treatment on pig farms.
