耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌耐药特性及生物膜形成能力分析 被引量:2

Drug resistance and biofilm formation ability of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus

摘要 目的分析2013年-2017年嘉兴市中医医院金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,SA)的临床特征及其耐药性,并了解其生物膜形成情况,为临床治疗及院感防控提供新思路。方法收集2013年-2017年本院临床感染的金黄色葡萄球菌,对其中的30株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)进行生物膜的培养,然后采用结晶紫染色法测定其生物膜形成量。结果分离的1399株金黄色葡萄球菌大部分来自痰及咽拭子,占43.96%,其次为创面、阴道分泌物,分别占32.74%、9.29%;分布病区以重症监护病房为最多,占33.02%,其次为烧伤科及外科,分别占27.95%、19.80%。用于生物膜培养的30株MRSA在培养48 h后可形成较多生物膜。结论本院临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌标本主要来自于痰液标本和咽拭子标本,分布的科室主要为重症监护病房,用于检测的30株MRSA均可形成不同量的生物膜量。 Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus(SA) in Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2013 to 2017, and to understand its biofilm formation, so as to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment and the prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods Thirty strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) were collected from clinical infections in Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to December 2017. The biofilm was cultured, and then the biofilm formation was determined by crystal violet staining. Results Most of the 1 399 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from sputum and swab, accounting for 43.96%, followed by wounds and vaginal secretions, accounting for 32.74% and 9.29%;most of them were in intensive care unit, accounting for 33.02%, followed by burn department and surgery, accounting for 27.95%, 19.80%. 30 strains of MRSA used for biofilm culture can form more biofilms after 48 h culture. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus specimens clinically isolated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 mainly came from sputum and pharyngeal swab. The main distributed department is the intensive care unit, and the 30 MRSAs used for detection could form different quantities of biofilm.
