摘要
广域监测系统,基于同步相量测量技术,通过同步相量测量单元(PMU)对电网主要数据进行实时高速率采集,实现对高压输电网络的全方位监测、保护、控制。电力互感器(IT)是连接一次系统和同步测量单元同时也是后者信号输入的重要设备,其精度直接影响PMU的精度。本文提出了两种通过PMU数据校正电压互感器(VT)和电流互感器(CT)误差的方法。第一种方法是在联络线上安装一个优质电压测量装置。这种方法可以消除IT和PMU测量本身的误差。第二种方法同第一种大体原理相同,更多考虑到采集中坏数据的存在,适用面更广。
Wide area measurement system,based on synchronous phasor measurement technology,use the synchronous phasor measurement unit(PMU)mainly for real-time high speed data acquisition in grid,thereby implementing all-round monitoring,protection,control of transmission network.Instrument transformer(IT)is an important device that connects primary system and PMU and also provides the signal input to the PMU.Its precision directly affects the precision of PMU.This paper presents two methods to calibrate the error of voltage transformers(VT)and current transformers(CT)by PMU data.The first method is to install a good quality voltage measuring device on the tie-line.This method can eliminate the error of IT and PMU measurements.The second method share the same theory,which is more applicable to the existence of bad data in collection.
