摘要
连续挤压技术作为一种针对金属的塑性加工技术,与传统的挤压技术相比具有节约资源、成本降低且利用率提高等有优势,已被广泛的应用至铜材制品的加工中。通过设置不等长定径及偏心结构的挤压模具、增加延展槽区域、设立阻流环、前期预热等方式实现对铜材的连续挤压加工工艺改进。对工艺改进前后加工铜材特性的对比,证明应用改进的有效性。
Continuous extrusion technology,as a plastic processing technology for metal,has advantages of saving resources,reducing cost and improving utilization ratio compared with traditional extrusion technology,and has been widely used in the processing of copper products.The continuous extrusion process of copper materials was improved by setting up the extrusion die with unequal length,fixed diameter and eccentric structure,increasing the area of extension groove,setting up the choke ring and preheating.The comparison of the characteristics of copper materials before and after the process improvement proves the effectiveness of the application improvement.
