摘要
中风为人类致残、致死的主要疾病,如何防治中风病是中医药研究的重点。石学敏院士开创“醒脑开窍”针刺法治疗中风病,针刺干预贯穿疾病急性期、恢复期及后遗症期全过程,临床疗效优势明显。本研究从实验室指标血清小分子物质(肽类、环核苷酸等)、血清大分子物质(炎症蛋白、血脂蛋白等)、脑血流(血液流变学、血流动力学)和脑氧代谢方面切入,分析“醒针”治疗中风病对上述实验室指标的影响,可不同程度改善脑卒中引起的神经、血管损伤,调节脑血-糖-氧负荷,恢复机体功能,进而提高中风患者生存质量。
Stroke is the major disease that causes disability and even death.How to prevent and treat stroke is the focus of TCM research.“Xingnao Kaiqiao”acupuncture,which initiated by academician SHI Xuemin,has been proved obviously effective in treatment of stroke.Acupuncture intervention runs through the whole process of acute stage,convalescence stage and sequelae stage of stroke with its obvious therapeutic effect.This study analyzed the influences of“Xingnao Kaiqiao”acupuncture to small molecule substance in serum(peptides,cyclic nucleotide),serum macromolecules(inflammatory protein,plasma lipoproteins),cerebral blood flow(hemorheology,haemodynamics)and cerebral oxygen metabolism.The acupuncture can improve the nerve damage due to stroke,it can regulate blood-glucose-oxygen load of brain and restore body function,thus to improve the life quality of stroke patients.
