膜分离技术在源分离尿液处理与回收中的研究与应用进展 被引量:2

The progress of membrane separation technology in source-separated urine treatment and recovery

摘要 膜分离技术广泛用于尿液处理.概述了尿液的组成和性质,对低压、高压膜分离及电渗析、膜蒸馏、正渗透等新型膜技术在源分离尿液处理与资源回收中的研究及应用现状进行了综述,分析了不同膜技术在尿液处理中的优势及存在的问题.研究认为,随着尿液源分离的发展,尿液资源回收将成为尿液处理的主要方向,新型膜材料和膜过程的开发及膜组合工艺发展将成为攻坚的关键. Urine is characterized by complicated components and great fluctuation in quality, which also contains large amounts of nutrients including nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Therefore, the source-separated urine technology for urine purification and nutrient recovery has attracted more attention in recent years. Membrane technology has been applied in urine treatment widely for its advantages of high separation efficiency, simple operation management, and multistage treatment. In this paper, the composition and properties of urine were summarized firstly, the research and application status of low pressure and high pressure membrane technologies, high electrodialysis, membrane distillation, and forward osmosis for treatment and recovery of source-separated urine were reviewed, the advantages and problems were also analyzed. With the development of the source-separated urine, the recovery of urine resources will become a hotspot for urine treatment, in addition, the development of new membrane materials, membrane process, and the combined membrane processes will be the key to tackle the problem.
