摘要
溶胶凝胶方法一般是金属醇盐在酸或碱的催化条件下水解缩合制备高纯度材料的一种方法。电纺法是聚合物溶液或熔体借助高压静电作用进行喷射拉伸而获得超细或纳米级纤维的一种纺丝方法。本文综合两种方法,制备PDMS/SiO2-TiO2抽丝纤维和PDMS/SiO2电纺纤维。制备PDMS/SiO2杂化纤维,以正硅酸乙酯为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了硅溶胶,再加入PDMS溶液,通过静电纺丝制备PDMS/SiO2杂化纤维膜。通过加入不同量的正硅酸乙酯,来比较PDMS/SiO2杂化纤维膜的可电纺性能的改变及PDMS/SiO2杂化纤维膜杂化纤维的平均直径的大小变化趋势。制备PDMS/SiO2-TiO2抽丝纤维,以正硅酸乙酯和钛酸四丁酯为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备Si-Ti溶胶,随后再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)溶液,通过提拉法制备PDMS/SiO2-TiO2抽丝纤维。在制备PDMS/SiO2-TiO2杂化纤维时,加入不同量的正硅酸乙酯和钛酸四丁酯,比较PDMS/SiO2-TiO2杂化纤维的平均直径的变化趋势。
Sol-gel method is generally a method for preparing high purity materials by hydrolysis condensation of metal alkoxides under acid or base catalysis conditions.Electrospinning is a kind of spinning method that polymer solution or melt can obtain ultra-fine or nano fibers by spraying and drawing with the help of high-voltage electrostatic force.In this paper,PDMS/SiO2-TiO2 fibers and PDMS/SiO2 electrospun fibers were prepared by the above two methods.Silica sol was prepared by sol-gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate as raw material.PDMS hybrid solution was added to prepare PDMS/SiO2 hybrid fiber membrane by electrospinning.The electrospinnability of PDMS/SiO2 hybrid fiber membrane and the average diameter of PDMS/SiO2 hybrid fiber membrane were compared by adding different amount of tetraethyl orthosilicate.The Si-Ti sol was prepared by sol-gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate and tetrabutyl titanate as raw materials.Then the Polydimethylsiloxanepolydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)solution was added to prepare the PDMS/SiO2-TiO2 spinning fiber by the pulling method.In the preparation of PDMS/SiO2-TiO2 hybrid fiber,different amounts of tetraethyl orthosilicate and tetrabutyl titanate were added,and the change trend of the average diameter of PDMS/SiO2-TiO2 hybrid fiber was compared.
