摘要
目的分析红外定位系统(OPS)在肿瘤放疗定位中的精确度。方法选取行放疗的腹腔盆腔恶性肿瘤患者180例,分为常规激光定位组与红外定位组。比较2组放疗结束时的定位合格率。结果常规激光定位组的定位合格率为95.6%,显著低于红外定位组的98.9%(P<0.05)。结论在精确放疗定位中,OPS可以满足定位精度要求,较常规激光定位更为准确。
Objective To analyze the accuracy of infrared positioning system(OPS)in localization of tumor radiotherapy.Methods Totally 180 patients with malignant tumors in the abdominal cavity and pelvis were divided into the conventional laser localization group and the infrared localization group.The qualified rate of localization at the end of radiotherapy was compared between the two groups.Results The qualification rate of localization in conventional laser localization group was 95.6%,which was significantly lower than 98.9%in infrared localization group(P<0.05).Conclusion OPS can meet the requirements of accuracy localization in precise radiotherapy localization,which is more accurate than the conventional laser localization.
