摘要
住院医师规范化培训是培养合格临床医师的必由之路。文章根据中医住院医师规范化培训所需达到的目的和要求,从培训大纲及方案的制定、带教教师的选择和培训、规培内容的完善等方面总结三级甲等中医医院检验科进行中医住院医师规范化培训的经验,探讨检验科中医住院医师规范化培训的方法。合理的带教方法使得中医规范化培训学员在检验科轮训效果明显,能够更好地培养临床思维、理论联系实际、增强沟通能力,做到中西医融会贯通。通过分享在中医住院医师规范化培训中的几点体会,提出问题和改进措施,更好完成中医住院医师在检验科的规培带教工作。
Standardized training for residents is the only way for a medical student to become a qualified clinical doctor.According to the purposes and requirements of the Standardized training of TCM residents,this paper summarizes the teaching experience from the teaching program,teachers and teaching contents in department of clinical laboratory of third-grade class-A hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,also proposes to explore the methods to improve the quality of clinical teaching.After proper training,standardized training of TCM residents achieved satisfactory results by cultivating clinical thinking,linking theory with practice,enhancing communication ability and Integrating Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.In order to effectively improve the learning effect of the traditional Chinese medicine resident in the Department of Clinical Laboratory,to share the comments,put forward the problems and find the way to solve the problems.
