摘要
以社会认知生涯理论(SCCT)为基础,通过对南京大学商科类在校生的问卷调查,研究了全球化背景下商科类大学生求职择业行为及其影响因素,问卷调查中针对当前中美贸易争端对于大学生择业行为的影响进行了专项调研。研究结果表明外部环境因素尤其是经济环境变化是影响商科类毕业生求职择业行为的主要因素,教育环境和所学专业是影响大学生求职择业行为的关键因素;研究发现在经济全球化背景下,个别地区或国家之间的经济波动对大学生求职择业行为的影响存在弱相关性。因此,高校必须采取有效措施引导商科类大学生树立正确的择业观。
Based on the social cognitive career theory(SCCT),and via questionnaires of business students of Nanjing University,this paper researches on their job-seeking and the influence factors under the background of globalization.In the questionnaire survey,a special investigation was conducted on the impact of current Sino-US trade disputes on college students'career choices.The results suggest that external environmental factors,especially economic changes,are the main factors affecting business graduates'job-seeking.The educational environment and majors are also the key factors.The study finds that under the background of economic globalization,the impact of economic fluctuations in individual regions or countries on the job-seeking of college students is weakly correlated.Therefore,colleges and universities must take effective measures to guide business college students to establish a correct outlook on career choices.
