数控枪钻组合机床关键部件的优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高数控枪钻组合机床整机加工性能和可靠性,对数控枪钻组合机床中主轴箱的结构、材料、加工工艺进行优化设计;同时对钻套箱结构进行改进,钻套材料选用硬质合金或GCr15,热处理后硬度达到HRC60以上;数控滑台采用硬轨或线轨两种形式;通过对冷却排屑系统分级过滤、净化及冷却,使得过滤精度达到10μm;实践表明所设计的机床性能稳定、可靠;为相关深孔加工机床设计提供了一定借鉴。 In order to improve the machining performance and reliability of nc gun drilling machine,the structure and processing technology of spindle box in nc gun drilling machine tool are optimized;Meanwhile,the structure of drilling casing is improved,drilling sleeve material selection of hard alloy or GCr15,after heat treatment,the hardness is above HRC60;CNC slide table adopts two forms of hard rail or line rail;Through the cooling chip removal system classification filtration、purification and cooling,the filter precision is up to 10μm;Practice shows that the designed machine has stable and reliable performance;it provides a certain reference for the design of relevant deep hole machining machine tools.
