摘要
介绍磷硅阻燃剂(PSi)的合成,利用红外光谱、GPC、熔点测试等对生成物磷硅阻燃剂进行了表征,并在4,4-二氨基二苯砜(DDS)固化环氧树脂E-51的体系中考察了磷硅阻燃剂(PSi)对体系阻燃等性能的影响。实验结果表明:合成的磷硅阻燃剂为预期结构,该树脂可以作为环氧体系的固化剂和高效协同阻燃剂使用。
The synthesis of phosphorus-silicon flame retardant(PSi)is introduced.The phosphorus and silicon flame retardants were characterized by IR,GPC and melting point tests.The effects of phosphorus-silicon flame retardant(PSi)on the properties of epoxy resin E-51 cured with 4,4-diaminodiphenyl sulfone(DDS)were investigated,especially on the flame retardancy of the system.The experimental results showed that the synthesized phosphorussilicon flame retardant had the expected structure,and the resin could be used as curing agent for epoxy system,as well as highly effective synergistic flame retardant.
