摘要
综合调度系统是在吸取国内调度系统成功经验的基础上,针对亚吉铁路运营特点定制研发的一个综合调度信息平台。系统采用中心、站段两层架构,用统一信息平台取代国内传统按岗设定的分数据平台,实现所有管辖站段的现车/调车/货运/机车/车辆/施工管理,优化亚吉铁路运输流程,提高运营效率和管理水平。目前该系统已成功应用于亚吉铁路,使用效果良好,同时该系统对于按中国标准建设的其他海外铁路也具有重大推广和应用价值。
The Comprehensive Dispatching System,a comprehensive dispatching information platform,tailored for the Adidis Ababa-Digibouti railway according to its operation characteristics has been developed based on the successful development and application experience of the dispatching command system applying in Chinese railway.The system adopts two-layer architecture of the center and depot.The uni ed information platform is used to instead of the traditional post-based data platform,the system realizes the management of inventory/shunting/freight/locomotive/vehicle/construction in all jurisdictional stations and depots,optimizes the transportation process of the Adidis Ababa-Digibouti railway,improves the operation efficiency and management level.At present,the system has been successfully applied to the Adidis Ababa-Digibouti railway,and the effect is good.At the same time,the system also has great promotion and application value for other overseas railways constructed according to Chinese standards.
