基于逆向工程和3D打印的鞋子个性化设计制作 被引量:9

Personalized Design and Manufacture of Shoes Based on Reverse Engineering and 3D Printing

摘要 针对传统加工方法无法满足鞋子个性化设计和制作的现状,应用逆向工程和3D打印对鞋子的个性化设计制作方法进行实践探索,使用三维扫描仪采集人体脚部数据,在Geomagic Studio软件中进行数据处理和模型重建,再将脚部三维模型导入SolidWorks中提取部分曲线进行鞋底和鞋帮的设计,通过FDM成型方法打印出鞋子,并分析实践中产生误差的原因和修正方法;为鞋子个性化设计制作提供新颖的方法和更多的可能性。 In view of the current situation that traditional processing methods can’t meet the personalized design and manufacture of shoes,the application of reverse engineering and 3D printing to the shoes’personalized design and production method is explored.The data of human foot are collected by using three-dimensional scanner,data processing and model reconstruction are carried out in Geomagic Studio software,and then the three-dimensional foot model is imported into SolidWorks to extract some curves for the sole and the uppers design,the shoes are printed by the FDM forming method.It also analyzes the causes and correction methods of the errors in practice,and provides novel methods and more possibilities for the personalized design and manufacture of shoes.
