摘要
《临证指南医案》所载均为清朝著名临床医家叶天士生前医案,为其临床经验与学术思想的总结。肝癌的发病率逐年上升,中医药在治疗晚期并发黄疸的过程中发挥着重要的作用,也符合我国实施健康中国战略的需求。通过对《临证指南医案·疸》的研读,发现叶氏治疗黄疸分寒热虚实论治,肝癌晚期并发黄疸可使用叶天士治疗黄疸的学术思想进行指导,如重视脾胃、分消三焦、慎用下法、补益肝肾,均对临床的治疗有着重要的指导意义。
Clinical Guidelines and Medical Recordsiswritten by YE Tianshi who is a famous clinician in Qing Dynasty. The book summarized his clinical experience and academic thoughts. The incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma is increasing year by year. Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of advanced jaundice. It also meets the needs of implementing the strategy of healthy in China. Through the study of Clinical Guidelines and Medical Records,it is found that YE’s treatment of jaundice can be divided into cold-heat deficiency and excess treatment,and the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma can be guided by YE’s academic thought,such as attaching importance to the spleen and stomach,dispelling Sanjiao,carefully using purging method and tonifying the liver and kidney.
