摘要
工业4.0时代的发展亟需高素质的复合型新工科人才,为培养应对新工业挑战的卓越人才,工科类专业(以电气类专业为例)应该在注重知识、技能外,着重培养自身契合工程教育的才干力,包括工程思维、工程素质、工程行为模式与工程品格,单靠四年课程学习时远远不够的,必须形成行之有效的职业生涯辅导模式.
The development of industry 4.0 era urgently needs high-quality compound new subject talents.In order to train outstanding talents to meet the challenges of new industry,engineering specialty(taking electrical specialty as an example)should pay attention to knowledge and skills,and focus on cultivating their own talents suitable for engineering education,including engineering thinking,engineering quality,engineering behavior mode and engineering character,relying on four-year course study alone.Far from enough,we must form an effective career counseling model.
