小净距隧道施工对地下管线性状影响的数值分析 被引量:4

Numerical Analysis on the Effect of Small Clearance Tunnel Construction on Underground Pipeline Properties

摘要 城市地铁小净距隧道开挖等地下工程的施工引起的过度沉降对隧道工程本身、地下管网造成的破坏日益严重,准确预测隧道开挖引起的地表与管线的沉降意义重大。为推广研究结果在杂填土层较厚地区中浅埋暗挖施工的应用,采用ABAQUS有限元软件中控制单元“生死”的方法对小净距隧道开挖过程进行模拟,并将Peck经验公式、ABAQUS模拟值以及现场实测值进行对比分析。通过改变隧道埋深和隧道洞径,得出埋深、洞径、管线埋深和管线距隧道顶端的距离的变化对地表与管线沉降影响的大小及分布规律。研究表明,地表沉降呈现“凹”形分布,且在两隧道中心线处达到最大值,初衬和二衬未形成封闭的支护体系前沉降值较大,随后逐渐减小直至趋于平缓;污水管与地表沉降的变化趋势一致且污水管线的沉降值大于地表沉降值;隧道洞径不变,地表和管线的沉降值随着隧道埋深的增加而减小,隧道埋深相同时,洞径小的比洞径大的地表沉降值小。 The excessive settlement caused by the construction of underground engineering such as the tunneling of the city subway with a small net distance is more and more serious to the tunnel engineering itself and the underground pipe network.Therefore,accurately predict the settlement of surface and pipeline caused by tunnel excavation is of great importance.In order to promote the application of studied results in the shallow-buried construction with thick earth-fill layers areas,the ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the excavation process for tunnels with small net clearance by the method of controlling unit"live or die",and the Peck formula is compared with ABAQUS simulation values and site measured values.By changing the tunnel buried depth and tube diameter,the impact of tunnel buried deep,tube diameter,pipeline buried depth and distance from pipeline to the top of the tunnel on the settlement of the ground level and settlement of pipelines is obtained.The results show that the surface settlement presents a concave distribution and reaches the maximum value at the center line of the two tunnels,and the settlement value is quite large before the primary and secondary lining forms to closed supporting system,and then decreases gradually until to be stable;both the sewage pipes and surface settlement value changes tend to uniform,and the settlement value of sewage pipes is larger than the latter;and when tube diameter remains unchanged,both the settlement values of ground level and pipes decrease with the buried depth of tubes,and when the tube buried depth is same,the ground level settlement value for smaller tube diameter is smaller.
