摘要
癌症发病率和死亡率日益增高,成为人类生命健康的重大威胁,现有预防手段存在重大不足。以中医整体观念指导,分析癌症是多种致癌因素长期积累形成“积证”的结果,是全身性疾病在局部的反映。充分发挥中医整体观的指导作用,从个人、医者及社会3个角度,开展中西医健康风险及癌症风险筛查、中医整体养生指导、体质调理、经络调理及效果评估健康管理,再到社会保障,力求开展全癌症风险因素、全干预手段、全生命周期的癌症预防整体方案,预防癌症发生发展,可望为癌症预防探寻新理念、新策略和新方法。
With the increasing incidence and mortality of cancer,it has become a major threat to human life and health,and the existing means of prevention are inadequate.Guided by the holistic concept in traditional Chinese medicine,it is analyzed that cancer is the result of long-term accumulation of various carcinogenic factors,and is the local reflection of systemic diseases.Give full play to the guidance of the overall view of TCM,from the perspective of three individuals,doctor and society,in the health risk and the risk of cancer screening,overall health guidance,physical conditioning,meridian regulation of traditional Chinese medicine,health management and social security,makes every effort to carry out full cancer risk factors,all interventions,full life cycle of overall cancer prevention plan,prevent cancer development.It is expected to explore the new idea of cancer prevention.
