心理韧性与大学生创造性的关系-认知灵活性的中介作用 被引量:16

Effect of psychological resilience on creativity:The mediating role of cognitive flexibility

摘要 目的:探讨心理韧性与创造性的关系,以及认知灵活性在该关系中的作用。方法:采用心理韧性量表、威廉姆斯创造性倾向量表和认知灵活性问卷对326名在校大学生进行测量,进而对心理韧性、认知灵活性和创造性的关系进行相关分析和中介效应分析。结果:女性大学生在心理韧性总分和支持力维度上的得分显著大于男性大学生(t=2.284,3.376;P<0.05);独生子女大学生在创造性总分和想象力维度上的得分显著大于非独生子女大学生(t=2.363,2.718;P<0.05);心理韧性与大学生创造性显著正相关(r=0.236,P<0.01),认知灵活性与大学生创造性显著正相关(r=0.403,P<0.01),认知灵活性在心理韧性与创造性之间起中介作用。结论:女性大学生的心理韧性高于男性大学生;独生大学生的创造性高于非独生大学生;心理韧性高的大学生其创造性也较高;心理韧性对大学生创造性的影响是通过影响其认知灵活性间接实现的。 Objective:To explore the relationship among psychological resilience,cognitive flexibility and creativity.Methods:A total of 326 college students were enrolled and asked to complete the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents(RSCA),Williams creative aptitude test(WCAT)and Cognitive Flexibility Inventory(CFI).Both Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were applied to examine the relationship among psychological resilience,cognitive flexibility and creativity.Results:The scores of RSCA and supportiveness factor of female subjects were greater than those of male subjects(t=2.284,3.376;P<0.01).The scores of WCAT and imagination factor of singleton college students were greater than those of non-singleton college students(t=2.363,2.718;P<0.01).The score of RSCA was positively correlated with the score of WCAT(r=0.236,P<0.01)and the score of CFI was positively related with the score of the WCAT(r=0.403,P<0.01).Meanwhile,results also showed that the cognitive flexibility mediated the relationship between psychological resilience and creativity.Conclusion:The psychological resilience of female participants is greater than that of male participants;The creativity of singleton college students is greater than that of non-singleton college students;The psychological resilience positively predicts creativity of college students and the cognitive flexibility plays an intermediary in the relationship between psychological resilience and creativity.
