双耳双模式助听语前聋儿童嗓音基频和元音共振峰分析 被引量:4

Analysis of the Voice Fundamental Frequency and Vowel Formants in Children with Binaural Dual-mode Hearing Aid

摘要 目的探讨一侧植入人工耳蜗(cochlear implant,CI)、对侧配戴助听器(hearing aid,HA)的双耳双模式助听(CIHA)语前聋儿童嗓音基频和元音共振峰的特征,为听障儿童的语训提供参考。方法选取3~6周岁语训半年以上、言语清晰度97分以上、助听听阈均在香蕉图内的CIHA儿童(CIHA组)和3~6周岁健听儿童(健听组)各25例,用VS-99语音工作站检测两组对象发/a/、/o/、/e/、/i/、/u/、/ü/6个元音的基频和第一、二、三共振峰并进行对比。结果CIHA组6个元音平均基频为306.39±31.08 Hz,健听组平均基频为296.01±24.33 Hz,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CIHA组元音/a/、/o/和/i/的第一、二、三共振峰频率与健听组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),元音/e/的第一、二、三共振峰频率明显低于健听组(P<0.05),元音/u/和/ü/的第一共振峰频率和健听组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),元音/u/的第二共振峰频率明显高于健听组,第三共振峰频率明显低于健听组(均为P<0.05),而元音/ü/的第二及第三共振峰频率均低于健听组(均为P<0.05)。结论本研究CIHA组与健听组嗓音基频相同,元音共振峰频率有差异,这可能是引起CIHA儿童发音音色及音准不同的原因之一。 Objective To study the differences of the voice fundamental frequencies and vowel formants between normal-hearing children and binaural dual-mode hearing aid(CIHA)children with one-sided cochlear implant(CI)and contralateral hearing aid(HA),and to timely discover and correct the mispronunciations by hearing-impaired children and to provide guidance for speech rehabilitation training for hearing-impaired children.Methods We included 25 normal-hearing children aged 3~6 years and 25 CIHA children of the same age with more than half a year of language training,more than 97 points of speech articulation,and the threshold of hearing aid in speech banana figure in this study.These voice samples were obtained by VS-99 as they pronounced/a/,/o/,/e/,/i/,/u/and/ü/naturally with each sound lasting over 3 seconds and these data of fundamental frequencies and first three formants were compared with those of the normal-hearing children.Results The average frequency of the CIHA groups was 306.39±31.08 Hz and that of the normal-hearing groups was 296.01±24.33 Hz.Significant differences were not found(P>0.05).Significant differences were not found for three formants of/a/,/o/and/i/between the CIHA and normal-hearing groups(P>0.05).The first three formants of the CIHA groups vowel/e/were significantly lower than that of the normal-hearing groups,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Significant differences were not found for the first formant of/u/and/ü/between the CIHA and normal-hearing groups(P>0.05).In the second and third formants of vowels/u/and/ü/,the CIHA groups were lower than that of the normal-hearing groups,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The fundamental frequency of cochlear implant-hearing aids children was the same as that of normal-hearing children,but the formants were significantly different,this may be one of the reasons for the different pronunciation tones and pitches in CIHA children.
