摘要
在“新经管”战略背景下,高校金融学类专业建设呈现出从学科导向转向产业需求、从专业分割转向跨界融合、从独立创教转向协同合作的新特点。然而,实践中金融学类专业建设面临着专业办学定位偏移、学科布局不完善、课程体系失衡、人才供给与需求脱节的现实困境,这不仅从根本上制约了高校金融学类专业建设的实践效果,还在一定程度上阻碍了“新经管”的建设。为此,从“窄口径”的融合构想、“中口径”的融合方案、“宽口径”的融合思想三个维度重构金融学类专业建设的路径,力求为金融学类专业建设提供经验借鉴。
Under the background of the"new management"strategy,the construction of college finance major has shown a new feature from the discipline-oriented to the industrial demand,from professional division to cross-border integration and from independent innovation to synergy.However,.in practice,the construction of finance major faces the practical dilemma of professional school positioning shift,imperfect academic layout,unbalanced curriculum system,and disconnected talent supply and demand.This not only fundamentally restricts the practice of college finance major construction,but also has hindered the construction of the"new management"to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper reconstructs the path of the construction of finance major from the three aspects of the fusion concept of"narrow caliber",the fusion scheme of"medium caliber"and the fusion of"wide caliber",and strives to provide experience for the construction of finance majors,thus achieving an overall improvement in the quality of higher education in China.
