摘要
慢性病的防治工作已逐渐被公共卫生事业所重视,对慢性病患者的临终关怀也成了主要焦点。中国对临终关怀的研究起步本身较晚,因此,对慢性病患者的临终关怀更是少有提及。本文阐述了国内外高龄慢性疾病安宁疗护的发展历程和现状,指出了中国大陆发展慢性病安宁疗护较慢的原因,并针对阻碍因素和国外安宁疗护对中国大陆慢性病安宁疗护发展提出了建议。
The prevention and treatment of chronic diseases has been gradually paid attention to by public health,and palliative care for patients with chronic diseases has become the main focus.The research on palliative care in China started late,so the palliative care for patients with chronic diseases is rarely mentioned.This article describes the development process and current situation of palliative care for chronic diseases of the elderly at home and abroad,points out the reasons why the development of palliative care for chronic diseases is slow in China's Mainland,and proposes some suggestions for the development of palliative care for chronic diseases in China's Mainland according to the obstacles and foreign countries.
