摘要
农村幼儿教师队伍建设呈现多维度性及个性化的发展趋势,是乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分。以218位幼儿教师为施测对象的调研数据分析显示:农村幼儿教师队伍建设存在职业满意度较低且流动较大、奖励制度不完善及福利待遇较低、师资管理及团队意识薄弱、育人理念及专业发展滞后等诸多现实困境。提出增强社会对农村幼儿教师的职业认同感及加大财政支持力度、完善保障机制及增加激励措施、健全师资管理制度及提高以人为本意识、更新幼教理念及提升专业素养等纾解对策,以促进农村幼儿教师队伍多元化的建设,推动乡村振兴战略的顺利实施。
The construction of rural kindergarten teaching staff presents a multi-dimensional and personalized development trend,which is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy.The survey data and analysis of 218 preschool teachers shows that many realistic predicaments in the construction of rural preschool teaching staff are found,such as lower professional satisfaction,more mobility,imperfect reward system and lower welfare,weak awareness of teacher management,and lagging of education concept and professional development.The countermeasures to be taken is to intensify the society’s sense of occupational identity among rural kindergarten teachers,increase financial support,improve guarantee mechanism and enlarge incentive measures,improve teacher management system,raise peopleoriented awareness,update the concept of preschool education and enhance professional literacy.Thus the diversified construction of rural kindergarten teaching staff can be promoted so that the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy can be made.
