摘要
唐山市作为一个典型的资源型城市,随着时代发展,一些制约城市发展的问题逐渐显现。为了避免因矿产枯竭而经济衰退的局面,企业转型升级势在必行。“京津冀一体化”和“一带一路”国家战略给唐山市带来了新的活力。机遇与挑战同在,困难与希望共存,在唐山市企业转型升级背景下从不同角度对人才需求进行了分析研究,发现其中存在的问题,进而得出人才需求发展的对策及建议,从而为唐山的经济建设献计献策。
As a typical resource-based city,Some problems that restricting the development of the city have gradually emerged.In order to avoid the situation of economic recession due to the exhaustion of mineral resources,the transformation and upgrading of enterprises is imperative.The integration development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and the Belt and Road Initiative national strategy have brought new vitality to Tangshan City.Opportunities and challenges coexist.Difficulties and hopes coexist.Under the background of enterprise transformation and upgrading in Tangshan,this paper analyzes and studies the talent demand from different perspectives.we find out the existing problems,and then draws the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of talent demand,so as to provide suggestions for the economic construction of Tangshan.
