自然分级状态对回采巷道通风效果的影响 被引量:4

Influence of Natural Classification State on Ventilation Effect of Mining Roadway

摘要 松散覆盖层各岩块之间的空隙是小粒径岩块下移逐渐形成自然分级的主要通道,同时也是影响井下通风效果的主要因素。针对覆盖层自然分级不同状态对巷道内通风效果的影响问题,使用自动化覆盖层漏风实验设备,按照自然分级的不同状态设计5组实验对这一问题进行了研究。结果表明:随着小粒径覆盖层厚度的增加,漏风量和回采进路两侧的风压差均逐渐减小;巷道内的压差随着风速的增加也逐渐减小;另外,通过最小二乘法拟合,得到了漏风量、风压差与风速之间的经验公式。 The gap among the rock blocks in the loose overburden is the main channel for the downward movement of small-sized rock blocks to gradually form anatural classification,and alsois the main factor affecting underground ventilation effect.In view of the influence of different states of natural classification of overburden on the ventilation effect in the roadway,five groups of experiments were designed according to different states of natural classification to study this problem.The results were concluded as follows.Firstly,with the increase of the thickness of the covering layer with small particle size,the air leakage and the air pressure difference on both sides of the mining roadway gradually decreased.Secondly,the air pressure difference in the roadway also reduced graduallywith the increase of the wind speed.In addition,the empirical formulas between the air leakage and the air pressure difference with the wind speed wererespectively obtained through the least square fitting.
