基于演化博弈的既有建筑节能服务产业发展支持路径研究 被引量:13

Research on Development Support Path of Existing Building’ Energy-Saving Service Industry Based on Evolutionary Game

摘要 在既有建筑节能服务产业发展进程中,存在着多方主体的行为博弈策略选择过程,政府与节能服务企业的机会收益函数影响了双方发展节能服务产业的意愿。文章以政府与既有建筑节能服务企业市场行为选择分析为切入点,考虑财政补贴、技术改进投资、投资意愿、社会效益等影响因素,构架演化博弈模型;探索了既有建筑节能服务产业发展进程中政府与节能服务企业的演化稳定策略形成及动态演化过程,剖析了各参数对演化稳定策略的影响机理;提出了协同科研机构进行技术创新、提高节能服务企业与政府收益率、改善激励措施等支持节能服务产业发展的实现路径与策略。 In the development process of energy-saving service industry of existing buildings, multi-agent behavior game strategy selection process exists. Opportunity-benefit function of the government and energy-saving service enterprises affects the development of the willingness for both sides to energy-saving industry. Based on the analysis of market behavior choice between government and existing building energy-saving service enterprises, this paper establishes an evolutionary game model to take financial subsidies, investment in technological improvement, investment willingness and social benefits into consideration, and explores the evolution of government and energy-saving service enterprises in the development process of existing building energy-saving service industry. It then analyzes the formation and dynamic evolution process of stabilization strategy and the influence mechanism of each parameter on the evolutionary stabilization strategy. It also raise the realization path and strategy of supporting the development of energy-saving service industry, such as collaborating with scientific research institutions to carry out technological innovation, improving the rate of return of energy-saving service enterprises and government, better incentives and so on.
