摘要
根据煤矿生产过程中产生煤矸石的物理特性,对煤矸石处理系统进行改造,将可以利用的部分提取出来。其中系统改造中设计了滚筒式转动洗选机;提出了新型煤泥沉淀、处理方法,设计了水资源循环利用系统,制定了矸石分选系统采用色选机进行选分不同颜色矿石的方案。降低了矿井生产成本、对污染大气环境的废弃物进行综合治理并予以开发利用,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
According to the physical characteristics of coal gangue produced in coal mine production process, the treatment system of coal gangue is reformed and the available parts are extracted. In the system reform, a rotating washing machine was designed, a new method of slurry precipitation and treatment was put forward, a water resources recycling system was designed, and a scheme of gangue separation system using color separator to separate different colored ores was worked out. It reduces the production cost of the mine and the waste polluting the air environment to be comprehensively treated and exploited, which has obvious economic and social benefits.
