摘要
目前,高校基层行政管理人员存在自我认同危机,普遍表现为得过且过式的甘于平庸、暗流涌动中的消极抵抗或者进退失据式的内心彷徨,对高校管理产生潜在、缓慢、持久的损害作用,造成这一现象的主要原因有:对于高校“学术场域”而言,高校基层行政管理人员因学术资本匮乏而成为“局外人”;对于高校“行政场域”而言,他们又因处于行政权力的末端而成为“边缘人”;他们同时受到两种“场域”力量的压迫却又难以自拔而成为“尴尬人”。解决这一问题,高校应该立足“职业发展”促进管理的专业化,立足“院校研究”提升管理的学术性,立足“以人为本”增强管理的科学性与艺术性。
At present, there is a crisis of self-identity among grass-roots administrative staff in colleges and universities, which is generally manifested as a muddled willingness to mediocrity, passive resistance in undercurrents, or indecision in advance and retreat, and has potential, slow and lasting damaging effects on college management. The main reasons for this phenomenon are as follows: for the "academic field" of colleges and universities, grass-roots personnel in colleges and universities become "outsiders" due to lack of academic capital;as for the "administrative field" of colleges and universities, they become "marginal people" because they are at the end of administrative power. At the same time, under the oppression of two kinds of "field" forces, they are unable to extricate themselves and naturally become "awkward people". To solve this problem, colleges and universities should promote the specialization of management based on"career development", enhance the academic nature of management based on "research in colleges and universities", and enhance the scientific and artistic quality of management based on "people-oriented".
