摘要
以准格尔矿区黑岱沟与哈尔乌素相邻露天矿的剩余采区为基础,重新划分开采条区。在充分考虑生产现状基础上,利用多方案、多指标对比,最终推荐将现黑岱沟二采区与哈尔乌素首采区合并为整个矿区一条区,并规划开采剩余条区。在两矿协调开采下,通过优化配置资源量、设备、人力、管理等资源,实现条区间科学合理开采。相关条区划分研究结果,对准格尔矿区的建设发展和露天矿的生产组织都具有重要指导意义。
Based on the remaining mining area of Heidaigou and Haerwusu open-pit mine in Zhungeer mining area,the mining strip area is re-divided.On the basis of fully considering the present production situation,making use of multi-plan and multi-index comparison,it is recommended that the Heidaigou No.2 mining area and the Haerwusu No.1 mining area be merged into one area of the whole mining area and the remaining area be planned.Under the coordinated mining of these two mining areas,through optimizing the allocation of resources,equipment,manpower,management and other resources,the scientific and rational mining of each section can be realized.The results of research on the division of mining band-area have important guiding significance for the construction and development of Zhungeer mining area and the production organization of open-pit mine.
