基于MIBE的中职“双师型”教师资格认证标准体系建构研究 被引量:17

Research on the Construction of "Double-Typed Qualities Teachers" Qualification Standard System in Secondary Technical Vocational Schools Based on MIBE

摘要 "双师型"教师队伍建设是提高我国职业教育质量的关键,全国统一的中职"双师型"教师资格认证标准体系的缺位造成了我国中等职业教育发展的瓶颈。随着我国职业教育的改革发展,迫切需要建立一个由理念体系(Mind system)、制度体系(Institutional system)、行为体系(Behavior system)和评价体系(Evaluation system)构成的"四位一体"的中职"双师型"教师资格认证标准体系(简称"MIBE"),以凸显"双师型"教师职业特性,强化"双师型"教师身份认同,促进"双师型"教师协同创新和自组织化发展,推动职业教育健康持续优质发展。 The construction of"double-typed qualities teachers"is the key to improving the quality of vocational education in China.The lack of a unified national qualification standard system for"double-typed qualities teachers"in secondary technical vocational schools has formed a bottleneck for the development of secondary vocational education in China.With the reform and development of vocational education in China,it is urgent to establish a"four-in-one"qualification standard system("MIBE")composed of the Mind system,the Institutional system,the Behavior system and the Evaluation system.It is used to highlight the professional characteristics of"double-typed qualities teachers",to strengthen their identity,and to promote their collaborative innovation and self-organization development,thus promoting the healthy and sustainable development of vocational education.
