软土地区复杂环境条件下深基坑工程变形控制实践 被引量:9

摘要 随着城市化建设的快速发展,中心城区基坑工程实施过程中面临着越来越复杂、敏感的周边环境条件,且软土地区建构筑物受邻近基坑工程施工的影响更为显著。上海徐汇区漕河泾社区196地块基坑工程紧邻轨道交通和变电站,同时开挖范围内分布有深厚的淤泥质黏土。总结归纳该基坑工程设计施工过程中的变形控制技术,结合实测数据分析研究基坑支护结构的变形形状及基坑开挖过程中邻近轨道交通和变电站的变形规律,为今后类似工程提供参考。 With the rapid development of urbanization construction,the implementation of foundation pit projects in central urban areas is facing more and more complicated&sensitive surrounding environmental conditions,and structures in soft soil areas are more significantly affected by the construction of adjacent foundation pit projects.The foundation pit project of No.196 block in Caohejing Community,Xuhui District,Shanghai is close to the rail transit&transformer substation,and there are thick muddy clay distributed in the excavation area.This paper summarizes the deformation control technology in the process of design&construction of the foundation pit,analyzes&studies the deformation shape of the foundation pit support structure and the deformation law of adjacent rail transit&transformer substation in the process of foundation pit excavation based on the measured data,which may provide references for similar projects in the future.
