摘要
澳大利亚的职业教育历经不断变革和完善发展至今已有百年历史,于20世纪70年代逐步建立起以TAFE学院为主体的现代职业教育体系。作为澳大利亚教育系统的最大组成部分,TAFE具有横向融通的学分互认机制、“三位一体”的支持体系、高素质的“双师型”师资队伍以及独立有效的第三方评估机构。TAFE学院对发展我国高职教育具有以下启示:融通高职教育与普通高等教育衔接渠道,加强利益相关者的合作,促进“双师型”教师队伍建设,健全质量监管和评估机制。
Australia’s vocational education has been undergoing continuous changes and development more than 100 years.In the 1970s,a modern vocational education system with TAFE College as its main body was gradually established.As the largest component of the Australian education system,TAFE has a horizontally integrated credit recognition mechanism,a‘Trinity’support system,a high-quality‘double-teacher’teacher team and an independent and effective third-party evaluation agency.TAFE college has the following implications for the development of higher vocational education in our country:integrate the channels for connecting higher vocational education with general higher education,strengthen the cooperation of stakeholders,promote the construction of a‘double-teacher’teacher team and improve the quality supervision and evaluation mechanism.
