过连续断层区煤巷掘进及支护技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 王晁矿20408工作面运输顺槽沿12下煤底板掘进过程中连续穿过断层区,造成巷道呈V字形地堑构造,不利于巷道施工及后期运输。因此,本文提出采用巷道后撤挑顶施工上山的方式过连续断层区,并采用厚壁钢管配合木枇作临时支护,锚网锚索作永久支护以保证围岩稳定。通过对运输顺槽围岩变形情况进行观测,得出巷道变形趋势为前期变形快,后期逐渐趋于平缓,最终变形量能够满足巷道正常使用的要求,从而为类似情况下的巷道掘进及支护技术应用提供参考依据。 When the conveyance chute of 20408 working face of Wangchao Coal Mine driving along the bottom of 12 coal seams encounters continuous faults,the roadway is V-shaped graben structure,which is not conducive to roadway construction and later transportation.Therefore,this paper proposes to adopt the way of retreating and lifting the roof of the roadway to go up the hill to cross the continuous fault zone,and to use thick-walled steel pipe with wood bracket as temporary support,anchor net and anchor cable as permanent support to ensure the stability of surrounding rock.By observing the deformation of the surrounding rock along the transport channel,it is concluded that the deformation trend of the roadway is fast in the early stage and gentle in the later stage.The final deformation can meet the requirements of the normal use of the roadway,thus providing a reference basis for the application of roadway excavation and support technology in similar situations.
