摘要
本文利用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法并通过加标回收、精密度等实验测定小龙虾中汞含量,测得小龙虾中汞含量为0.164 mg·kg^-1,加标回收率为98.8%。用该方法测定标准物质具有较高的准确性,标准样重现性高,空白检出限值理想。
In this paper,the content of mercury in crayfish was determined by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The content of mercury in crawfish was 0.164 mg·kg^-1 and the recovery rate was 98.8%.The method has high accuracy in the determination of reference materials,high reproducibility of standard samples and ideal blank detection limit.
