300MW级循环流化床锅炉燃烧优化关键技术的实践研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对黄陵矿业煤矸石发电公司2台锅炉运行中存在的平均床温高、尿素用量大、锅炉效率低、零部件超温变形等问题,在床温、一次风量、氧量、二次风量等主要参数和不同负荷下NOx生成影响因素分析的基础上,通过炉内增设受热面和钢格栅、旋风分离器入口缩口技术优化、布风板床温消偏技术和中心筒提效改造等关键技术的应用,实现了降低尿素用量和锅炉部件烧损变形的风险,提高了锅炉升负荷速度、带负荷能力以及锅炉综合效率的目的,社会和经济效益显著。 In view of the present situation of high average bed temperature,large amount of urea,low boiler efficiency and over temperature deformation of parts during operation of two boilers in Huangling Mining(Group)Coal Gangue Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,the main parameters of bed temperature,primary air volume,oxygen content,secondary air volume and the influencing factors of NOx generation under different loads were analyzed,on the basis of the analysis,it realized the reduction of urea consumption and the risk of burning loss and deformation of boiler components by adding heating surface and steel grille in the furnace,optimizing inlet shrinkage technology of cyclone separator,applying the bed temperature depolarizing technology of air distribution plate and the key technology of central cylinder efficiency improvement,the boiler load raising speed,load carrying capacity and boiler comprehensive efficiency were improved,and the economic and social benefits were remarkable.
