摘要 为确保项目目标实现,在总结核动力工程特点和科研院所一般设计流程的基础上,根据项目策划的定义、内容及特点,结合行业特殊性,针对管理与技术相互交织影响的实际,按设计过程阶段,对核动力工程设计项目策划所包括的管理要素和技术要素等进行分析。在此基础上,从理论和实践层面,就如何有效开展和实施核动力工程项目策划进行了探讨。从项目目标、整体管理、信息沟通等方面,针对性提出了管理对策措施的建议,以期优化改进项目策划工作,持续提高项目管理水平。 To ensure realization of projects’ objectives, this study is conducted based on the summary of nuclear power engineering characteristic and research institute design process according to the definition, contents and characters of project planning. It combines the features of management and technology interaction, analyzes management elements and technology elements of nuclear power engineering design project planning. On the levels of theory and practice, it discusses the effective measures of project planning, and advances some means and suggestions of strategies on management considering project objective, integration management and communication,, which can be used for significantly optimizing the progress control operation and continuously improving the project management level.
