摘要
目的:观察全脊柱矫正治疗对颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年5月在本院特色治疗部及相关病房的60例患者,将符合颈性眩晕(Cervical Vertigo,CV)的60例患者分为治疗组、对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用全脊柱矫正治疗颈性眩晕,而对照组采用传统推拿。比较两组眩晕量表分数、全脊柱X片、TCD。结果:治疗前,两组眩晕评分、ROM、RVA、LVA及BA比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组眩晕评分、ROM、RVA、LVA及BA相较于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为96.7%明显高于对照组80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统推拿方法相比,全脊柱矫正治疗颈性眩晕疗效显著,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective:To observe the effect of total spinal correction on cervical vertigo.Method:A total of 60 patients were selected from the characteristic treatment department and relevant wards of our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019.They were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was given the whole spine correction,while the control group was given the traditional massage.The vertigo score,total spine X-ray and TCD of two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,the vertigo scores,ROM,RVA,LVA and BA of two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).After treatment,the vertigo scores,ROM,RVA,LVA and BA of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was 96.7%better than that control group of 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional massage method,the whole spine correction has a significant effect on the treatment of cervical vertigo.
