摘要
采用正交法对玉女煎的提取工艺进行筛选,单一变量筛选玉女煎颗粒制备的最优辅料,对制粒过程中润湿剂、辅料种类、辅料用量的选择、粒干燥温度等参数进行优化,筛选颗粒剂的最佳制备工艺,最后由小试结果进行中试。结果表明玉女煎的提取工艺为:药材加12倍量水,提取3次,每次2h。制粒辅料选择乳糖,原料与辅料用量配比1:1.5,干燥温度60℃。玉女煎颗粒成粒性好,溶化性佳,颗粒的制备工艺方法稳定可靠。
OUsingthe orthogonal method to screen the extraction process of Yunvdecoction granules, a single variable method was used to screenthe optimal excipients particles preparation of Yunvdecoctiongranules, wetting agent, in the process of granulating accessories category, the choice of auxiliary materials consumption, grain drying temperature parameters were optimized, the best preparation technology of screening of granules by pilot test results.The extraction technology of Jade Girl’s Fry was: Herbal medicine plus 12 times water, extracted 3 times, 2 H each time. Granulation accessories selected lactose, raw material and auxiliary dosage ratio 1:1.5, drying temperature 60℃.Yunvdecoctiongranules have good granulability, good taste and good solubility.
