油井功图量油误差分析及校正案例探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高坨128单元功图量油准确性,针对造成坨128单元油井功图量油的误差的原因进行了分析,通过标产发现功图量油液量明显高于标产液量,且液量越低误差越大,汽油比越高误差越大。经过分析论证认为油井脱气和柱塞间隙漏失是导致功图量油液量偏高的主要原因。通过对标产液量和功图液量的拟合计算发现功图液量和标产液量最接近线性关系,利用此关系对功图液量进行校正,校正后79口井产液量下降41.8吨,产油量下降约25.2吨,提高了坨128单元油井的计量准确度。本文的研究对于提高类似区块的油井功图量油准确性具有重要借鉴意义。 in order to improve the accuracy of power chart oil measurement ofTuo 128 unit,the causes of the error of power chart oil measurement of Tuo 128 unit oil well are analyzed.Through the standard production,it is found that the oil volume of power chart oil measurement is significantly higher than the standard production liquid volume,and the lower the liquid volume is,the greater the error is,and the higher the gasoline ratio is,the greater the error is.Through analysis and demonstration,it is considered that degassing of oil well and leakage of plunger clearance are the main reasons for the high oil volume of work diagram.Through the fitting calculation of standard production liquid and power diagram liquid,it is found that the power diagram liquid and standard production liquid are most close to the linear relationship,and the power diagram liquid is corrected by using this relationship.After correction,the production liquid of 79 wells is reduced by 41.8 tons,and the production oil is reduced by about 25.2 tons,which improves the metering accuracy of oil wells in tuo128 unit.The research in this paper is of great significance to improve the accuracy of oil well power map measurement in similar blocks.
