摘要
基于T0651方法,对不同蒸发阶段的改性乳化沥青残留物进行表征,利用红外光谱、差式扫描热分析和动态剪切流变仪研究残留物的组成和性能指标,优化残留物的获取方式。结果表明,对于SBR改性乳化沥青,T0651方法规定的蒸发时间(20~30 min)无法使残留物完全脱水,水的存在会影响残留物的线性粘弹区间,使残留物在低应力水平下即能发生屈服行为。从取样难易和粘弹性的角度考虑,蒸发40min时可以得到易制样、复数模量较高的改性乳化沥青残留物,超过40 min后,残留物的复数模量和高温性能会受到消极影响。
In this paper,based on the T0651 method,the modified emulsified asphalt residue in different evaporation stages is characterized.The composition and performance index of the residue are studied by infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning thermal analysis and dynamic shear rheometer to optimize the residue acquisition method.The results show that for SBR modified emulsified asphalt,the evaporation time(20~30 min) specified by T0651 method cannot completely dehydrate the residue,the presence of water affects the linear viscoelastic range of the residue,allowing the residue to yield at low stress levels.From the point of view of sampling difficulty and viscoelasticity,the modified emulsified asphalt residue with easy sample preparation and high complex modulus can be obtained after evaporation for 40 min.After 40 min,the complex modulus and high temperature performance of the residue will be negatively affected.
