摘要
目的探讨强化护理干预改善弱视患儿训练依从性的效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月我院弱视患儿76例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(弱视综合训练,38例)和观察组(弱视综合训练强化护理干预,38例)。治疗半年,比较两组患儿治疗效果、训练依从性及视觉功能。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患儿治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组较对照组患儿视觉功能的改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论强化护理干预可有效改善儿童弱视训练的依从性,对提高治疗效果有积极意义。
Objective To explore the role of intensive nursing intervention in improving training compliance of children with amblyopia. Methods 76 patients with amblyopia in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group(amblyopia comprehensive training, 38 cases) and the observation group(amblyopia comprehensive training combined with intensive nursing intervention). After half a year of treatment, curative effects, training compliance and visual function were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The improvement of visual function of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The intensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the training compliance of patients with amblyopia, which has positive significance in improving curative effects.
