流固耦合对裸露输气管道固有频率的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Fluid-solid Coupling on Natural Frequency of Bare Gas Pipeline

摘要 以采空区埋地管线系统为研究对象,利用Hamilton原理,推导出考虑弯曲变形、流体压力和温度变化等因素的输气管道横向振动微分方程。以两端简支管道为例,利用里兹法求解固有频率,进而分析了温差、流体流速、压力以及几何因素对输气管道固有频率的影响。研究结果表明:管内流体流速对管道固有频率的影响较小,工程流速范围内,可忽略流体流速的影响;管道固有频率随流体压力的增加而降低;管道固有频率值随管长的增加而降低,随外径的增加而增加;管道固有频率随温度改变量的增加而降低。 The buried pipeline system in goaf is taken as the research object and Hamilton’s principle is used to deduce the differential equation of lateral vibration of gas transmission pipeline considering factors such as pipe bending,fluid pressure and temperature change. Taking the simply supported pipe at both ends as an example,ritz method is used to solve the natural frequency,and then the influences of temperature difference,fluid pressure and geometrical factors on the natural frequency of gas pipeline are analyzed. The results show that the flow velocity in the pipe has little influence on the natural frequency of the pipe. The natural frequency of the pipeline decreases with the increase of fluid pressure,and the greater the change of temperature,the more obvious the change of natural frequency with fluid pressure. The natural frequency value of the pipe decreases with the increase of the pipe length and increases with the increase of the outside diameter. The natural frequency of the pipe decreases with the increase of temperature change,and the longer the pipe is,the more obvious the natural frequency changes with the change of temperature.
